About

I am a person-centered and trauma-informed therapist who puts a high value on collaboration and the therapeutic relationship. I work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief, trauma related issues and life transitions. I am trained in EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and utilize this, along with other evidence based interventions in session. I strive to be a culturally responsive therapist and may invite you into conversation on how identity, privilege, oppression and power show up in your life, as well as in the counseling room. Whether you are struggling with strong emotions, difficulty in relationships, or feel the impact of past experiences, therapy can be powerful way to move towards healing and growth.
